The instructor fee is $1,000 per day for Steve (alone) or $1,500 per day for both Steve and Webb.

Mileage rate for driving a personal vehicle is 34.5 cents per mile.

If a personal RV is used instead of motels, there will be a reimbursement fee of $20/day per RV.

Coach/economy fares with 3-week advance purchase will be booked whenever possible.

One instructor dog is recommended for demonstration purposes.  Any costs with dog air travel will be included at no additional cost.

The parking fee at the BHM or ATL airports is $12 per day.

Instructor spouses have the option to attend the seminar free of charge.

Reimbursement will need to be made individually to Steve and Webb.  Itemized invoices will be provided from both.  The balance is due upon completion of the seminar.

A $300 deposit is required in advance to reserve a weekend.

Seminars cancelled at least eight weeks in advance will be refunded.  Deposits will not be returned for cancellations of less than eight weeks.  Additional compensation to cover airline charges may be requested if tickets are already purchased.

We will make our own airline reservations or driving plans, and forward the information to the Seminar Coordinator when completed.

The Seminar Coordinator will arrange for a local pickup at the airport, if available.  Otherwise, a rental car will be included in the expenses.  Please let us know before the seminar which option will be used so that we can coordinate travel arrival times.

The Seminar Coordinator will arrange for local accommodations (we request comfortable, non-smoking rooms).

Please have fruit (bananas, apples, etc.), fruit juice, and bottled water at the show site to get us through the seminar.  Lunch is also appreciated (sandwiches are fine).

Personal videotaping of the seminar is prohibited.

We request a list of the names and email addresses of each of the participants for our files.

Please send us any seminar flyers so that we may see what the participants receive for descriptions, etc.  We may also forward copies to other possible attendees in your area.

Up to six hours of private/semi-private lessons per day may be arranged with Steve prior to and/or following the seminar.  Steve's current hourly rate is $60/60 minutes or $90/90 minutes.  Please coordinate this as early as possible (before flight arrangements are made).
